Its a nice preview, little more. Using Linpack, it is actually slower than cyan5.0.8 with JITFIX. Also, Market is buggy as hell. Androidkeyboard has odd background on the sides. White background in the Market (looks awful) and black everywhere else. Also, to those stuck in boot loops, make sure you are using the GApps link for Froyo. I made the mistake of using the old one I had from 5.0.X, and it caused a loop in the boot animation.

I hope the “answer – decline” bars are gone, they seem kinda redundant, it makes more sense to use the buttons on the phone to ans. or decl. Has anyone figured out where to find flash player? Has it worked for anyone yet?

  3. n.r.kee says:

looks like the issue is with chrome and not the server.

  4. n.r.kee says:

looks like there is an issue with the gapps download link.

  5. n.r.kee says:

looks like you were right about the gapps, now if I could just get the download link for work.

  6. Simon Walker says:

Damn, it was 1.9.2 in the download links.
They have now been updated to 1.9.3.
    Sorry about that folks.

  7. 313dash says:

When a call comes in the sliders aren’t on the screen. But you can still answer the call

when you press the green button. It runs pretty good though.

  8. n.r.kee says:

I used a different gapps, I keep that zip on my sd card for updating. The Gapps file should be the same for any rom though right?

  9. Sirfearoth says:

Try installing it without the gapps, if that fixes it then just redownload gapps, there some issues with the gapps he has a link to the download

  10. n.r.kee says:

I’m getting a boot loop when installing on the MT3g. Boot loop doesn’t get past the startup animation

  11. snowboarder8156 says:

Market FCes on me everytime and the download link is to his 1.9.2 rom not the 1.9.3 rom. Go to his page and download it via shared website. The rom that is posted is the wrong one.

  12. Simon Walker says:

WiFi working great for me. Confrimed working so far is WiFi, GPS, sound, keyboard lights. I’m testing on a G1.
Only problem I found so far is the voice dictation isn’t working.
If you find issues please post them in the forum listed in the post at the top.

  13. Scarbelly says:

Installed and everything but the wifi is working great. I put the password for my network but it goes to obtain IP address, disconnects and repeat. Other than that it is flying on my MT3G.

  14. Simon Walker says:

Market is fully working for me.
Flash is not showing up to download.
I agree that this ROM feels as fast as the 2.1 ROMs out there which in my book is good for the first round of 2.2 ROMs.

  15. live says:

This rom is not that fast to me. Seems the same as the older 2.1 rom from cyanogen. Don’t really want to overclock my device either so i will wait for the official release hopefully its faster and more responsive then this is.

  16. MT3G User says:

does adobe flash is working on this version?…..

  17. Simon Walker says:

I’ve added a copy to the AndroidSPIN servers. I hate those shared download servers. You can now just download or directly or from the shared download server. Your choice :)

  18. los says:

    br0 tips works bro

  19. Simon Walker says:

Asking for credit card details? No idea what you mean. I just tested again and it works just fine. And YES, br0tips and more are there.

  20. =P! says:

You want my current place of employment as well?

  21. David says:

You can’t download without forking over your info and a credit card number. What a jip…

  22. =P! says:

    Download links are broke.

  23. G-Fizz says:

    Can anyone confirm the CM6Settings/Br0Tips?

  24. PK says:

Works well on mine except maps keeps force closing and it can’t determine my location =(
